India Compliance — Self-Service Submission
Running AI calling in India means clearing TRAI and DoT compliance before you can get a local number. Until now, that meant sending documents by email, waiting for a human to review, and manually passing them to your telecom partner. Fedna AI now handles all of it self-service.
What you can submit
Directly inside the Fedna AI dashboard:
- Business registration documents (incorporation, GST, PAN)
- Address proof for your registered office
- Authorised signatory ID and authorisation letter
- Use-case declaration describing what the numbers will be used for
- End-user category (enterprise, SMB, or individual)
How the flow works
- Open the Compliance section in your organisation settings
- Select your country (India) and end-user type
- Fedna AI shows you exactly which documents are required for your category
- Upload them — the form validates as you go
- Submit, and track status inside the dashboard
Tied into phone numbers and campaigns
Once your compliance application is accepted, you can buy compliant Indian numbers and launch Call Campaigns from those numbers. New campaign creation is gated on accepted compliance, so you can't accidentally run uncompliant calls.
Auto-wired status updates
When compliance status changes — approved, rejected, or requires more info — Fedna AI updates automatically without you needing to refresh or email anyone. There's also a manual refresh button if you want to force a check.
Available now for India
Find it under Settings → Organisation → Compliance. Support for more countries is coming.
