Ping Again — Automatic Follow-Ups

The fastest way to lose a warm lead is to not follow up. Ping Again closes that gap — when a customer stops replying mid-conversation, your AI agent reaches back out on its own.

How it works

After a period of silence, the agent sends a short, context-aware follow-up message referencing what you were last talking about. It's not a generic "are you still there?" — the nudge is specific to the conversation, so it actually feels like a real follow-up.

Per-channel configuration

Ping Again is configured independently per channel. You can enable it for WhatsApp but keep it off for web chat, or tune the cadence differently for each channel based on how your customers behave there.

Visible in the inbox

Every Ping Again nudge is clearly marked in the conversation timeline with an "Asked" or "Ping Again" badge, so your team always knows which messages came from automated follow-up vs. a direct reply.
